"Finally, pizza and pasta that actually showed up right"
I was kind of expecting the usual letdown because so many places somehow mess up simple stuff, but this was actually really good. The pizza showed up hot, the crust was nice, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings, which is apparently rare these days. The pasta tasted fresh too, not like it had been sitting in a container forever. I’d definitely order from here again.

"Am I the only one who felt the staff could be nicer?"
Am I the only one who thinks the vibe from the staff can really make or break a meal? The food was fine, nothing amazing but not bad, but the person at the counter seemed kind of annoyed when I asked a basic question. It made the whole visit feel a little awkward.
I totally get that places get busy and people have off days, but a little friendliness would’ve helped a lot. No one was outright rude, just cold and not very helpful. I probably wouldn’t rush back.

"Good takeout overall, slight wait"
Grabbed takeout from Uno’s and, i assumed it might be a little chaotic since it was busy, but it ended up being good. The pizza was still warm by the time I got home, and everything in the order was right, which is always a win. Pickup was about 10 minutes later than they originally said, but the staff was friendly about it, so I didn’t really mind. I’d order again next time I’m in the mood for deep dish.

"Pretty, clean overall"
The place was clean overall. The tables were clean, clean enough that I felt comfortable sitting down right away. The bathroom was okay, but it could definitely use quicker check-ins more often

I placed my order on UNO Pizzeria & Grill, my gut told me it was going to be fine, and it was. Everything showed up exactly how I selected it, with no missing items, no mix-ups, and even the little custom changes were done right.
It might sound like a small thing, but when an order just feels handled properly, you notice. I didn’t have to call anyone, fix anything, or double-check a bunch of mistakes, which made the whole experience feel easy.

"Great value and a solid experience"
I’d give unos.com 4 stars because I was happy with what I got for the price. The portions felt generous, and I appreciated that the prices were fair without feeling like I was overpaying. Ordering was easy enough, and everything went smoothly overall. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but I’m grateful to have found a place that feels worth the money. I’d definitely order again.

"The pizza actually tasted really good..."
The pizza actually tasted really good, the crust was nice and the cheese had a great flavor. That said, I felt a bit misled because it wasn’t quite what I expected based on how it was described. Still tasty, just not exactly what I thought I was getting.

The delivery took longer than I expected, which was a bit annoying. I wasn’t really paying attention to every update, mostly just waiting to see if the food would still be okay when it got here. Luckily, it was still warm, so it wasn’t a total letdown.

"Good food, but a little slow"
The food was decent overall, but the service definitely took longer than I expected. The staff were friendly enough, so I’m guessing maybe they were short-staffed or just having an off day, but I’m not really sure. I just wish everything had moved a bit faster.
